This is Tamiya Color Spray Paint for Aircraft (AS-19 Intermediate Blue-US Navy)
For Adult Modelers Only.

FEATURES: Specially developed for finishing aircraft models. The color is
formulated to provide the authentic tone to 1/32 & 1/48 scale
model aircraft.
Subtle shades can easily be obtained on your models by simple
spray strokes.
The paint is a synthetic lacquer that cures in a short period
of time.
Extremely useful for painting large surfaces.
The color of the lid represents the color of paint.
