This is a Minilab Crystal Radio Kit made by Educational Design.
It's for ages 8 through adult.

FEATURES: Real working radio that works without batteries; works without any
electrical source.
Complete with a tuning coil, antennas, and earphone.
Other items in kit include a diode, base, two connecting wires, and
sandpaper.
Highly educational instruction booklet explains the various
components to a radio and what makes it work.
Allows for experimentation with different antennas and grounds.
Assembly of small radio provides a unique learning opportunity.
