Shipping & Returns

At pmhobbycraft.ca, delivering your orders in the quickest, most efficient method possible is a top priority. The shipping method you select and the final destination, along with the type of item and its availability, are the key determining factors in how long it will take for you to get your order and how much it will cost to get it there. Below are some basic guidelines for shipping rates and estimated shipping times. For more details on specific offers, be sure to click the available links.

WE SHIP QUICKLY
PM Hobbycraft uses FedEx and Canada Post as our domestic carriers. All orders are processed between the hours of 9am-5pm daily (Some exceptions may occur)
Shipping is calculated* and charged with FedEx at time of purchase.
$14 Flat Rate shipping on most orders.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel is only used for shipments in Canada. Some products are not eligible to be shipped via Canada Post at the above stated rates.
*Additional Shipping charges may apply to overweight, oversize or otherwise irregular shipments. You will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply.

Pickup Orders Photo ID is required for all Pickup transactions and must match full name on order.

North Store Pickups - Please allow 24 Hours for pick up orders or else give us a call to make sure it's ready.

South Store Pickups - All of our Ecommerce orders are processed only at our North location which means they need to be transfered to south for you to pickup. All pick up orders will be transfered by the Saturday Morning following your completed order.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR USA ORDERS
Orders sent to the USA are shipped by UPS. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders must be paid by credit card. The total shipping charge will be the actual transportation charges. Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment.**Important Note: Due to International Trade Agreements, there may be some international destinations that we will be unable to ship to. If this is the case we will notify you by email of the restriction and automatically cancel your order.International shipments over $400 will be shipped via FedEx International.
BACKORDERS
A backordered item is an item that we normally carry in stock, but which is currently out of stock. When we put an item on backorder to you, we will automatically ship the item to you (via Standard Ground) when we receive the item back into our stock.Backordered items to Canadian addresses will be shipped via Standard Ground unless you specifically request otherwise, even if the original order was shipped via Air.For retail orders to be shipped to Canada: There are no additional shipping charges when your backordered items are shipped unless you request Air shipment.

For orders to be shipped out of Canada: You will have to pay the actual shipping charges for the shipment of any backordered items. We may cancel your backorder if we are unable to contact you by E-mail to ask you to authorize the shipping charges for the backordered items.

Online "In Stock" status and estimated arrival dates are updated nightly. If an item sells out during the day, it will still show "In Stock" until the nightly update

RETURNS
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase excluding any food items. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.   Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
