Shipping, Pick-up & Returns

At, delivering your orders in the quickest, most efficient method possible is a top priority. The shipping method you select and the final destination, along with the type of item and its availability, are the key determining factors in how long it will take for you to get your order and how much it will cost to get it there.

Below are some basic guidelines for shipping rates and estimated shipping times. For more details on specific offers, be sure to click the available links.



Please allow 24 Hours for pick up orders or call ahead to make sure it's ready.

** Photo ID is required for all Pickup transactions and must match full name and address on order.**

(Third party pickups will not be honoured.)



PM Hobbycraft uses CanPar, Canada Post or other domestic carriers. All orders are processed between the hours of 10am-5:30pm Monday though Friday (Public Holidays may affect these hours)

CanPar CanPar is used only for Domestic, Canadian Shipments.    
Canada Post
Canada Post is used for Domestic and international shipments.
*Important Note: The Base Shipping rate Covers many packages sent domestically or abroad, but due to geographical and weight constraints, Additional Shipping charges will apply to overweight, oversize or otherwise irregular shipments. You will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply.


Orders sent to the USA are shipped via Canada Post. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying all additional fees.



Out of province and International orders must be paid by PayPal. Many out of province shipments exceed the basic shipping charge, therefore, additional shipping charges will apply.

Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment.

*Important Note: Due to International Trade Agreements, there may be some international destinations that we will be unable to ship to. If this is the case we will notify you by email of the restriction and automatically cancel and refund your order.

Online "In Stock" status and estimated arrival dates are updated hourly. If an item sells out it may still show "In Stock" until the site updates



We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase (Excluding Edible Items, food products or Computer software).  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Unless otherwise stated, refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
