Local Delivery

We are pleased to announce a Local delivery service which covers most of the highly populated areas of Alberta. There are no Oversized Surcharges (except for Grills & BBQs) for the following areas.

Order Pickup

Please allow 24 hours before picking up your order (Or call ahead to make sure your order is ready)

Orders may be picked up at our store location during our regular business hours.

** Photo ID is required for all Pickup transactions and must match full name and address on order.**
(Third party pickups will not be allowed.)

Shipping

A Note on the Base Shipping Charge: We do our best to have a fair, and consistent base shipping rate. However, many of our products are oversized, or overweight, and in such a case, additional shipping charges will apply and we will contact you with a quote. We only charge what the carrier charges us.

STANDARD SHIPPING

PM Hobbycraft uses FreightCom to ship your order in the best way possible. This may be by CanPar, Fed-ex, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post or other carriers. All orders are processed between the hours of 10am-5:30pm Monday though Friday (Public Holidays may affect these hours)

 

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR OUT OF PROVINCE OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow at a later time. Recipients are responsible for paying all additional fees.
Many out of province shipments exceed the basic shipping charge, therefore, additional shipping charges will likely apply.
*Important Note: Due to International Trade Agreements, there may be some international destinations that we will be unable to ship to. If this is the case we will notify you by email of the restriction and automatically cancel and refund your order.

Return Policy

General Returns:
Regularly stocked, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit of the original purchase price. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice

Special orders, discontinued, clearance, and certain items (e.g., food products, software, glue, paint, batteries, fuel, glow plugs) are non-returnable.

Defective Merchandise:
Manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. If an item appears defective upon arrival, do not use it—contact us immediately. We will assess and, if applicable, facilitate repair or replacement per manufacturer policies. Electronics and engines may require service through authorized centres.

Missing Parts:
Report missing parts within 7 days. We will contact the manufacturer for replacements or, at our discretion, replace them from our stock. We do not remove components from products to address missing parts.

Mail Order Returns:
Items must be un-opened and in resale-able condition, with no markings on packaging. Contact customer service at 1-403-291-2733 for return authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Shipping costs for incorrect orders will be covered; all other return shipping is the sender’s responsibility.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable. Returns of items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the card.
