For use with Mr. Color solvent-based paints. use this for painting with an airbrush. It improves the paint flatness and provides a glossier surface since it contains retarder. It also provides even matte surface when used with matte paints. Mr. Leveling Thinner is Mr. Color Thinner with retarder added to increase paint coat leveling and increase shine.
